Terms and Conditions :-
- Room Bookings & Dates would be treated as CONFIRMED on 100% ADVANCE PAYMENT only.
- Drinks strictly not allowed
- Kindly provide us your Arrival & Departure Time.
- Check in time- 11:00 am & Check out time 9:00 am.
- Hot water available between 6.30 am to 8.30 am.
- Only FIRST AID would be provided at MMCG, charges for Doctor On Call facility to be borne by the customers.
- Kindly inform MMCG Management in advance in case you are planning any activity, so necessary arrangements can be made accordingly.
- MMCG Management is not responsible for any accidents on site due to any reasons.
- MMCG Management will not be responsible for loss of any personal belongings.
- In case any breakages or loss to the Property of Majha Mamachagaon occurs, charges would be levied on the customers.
- It is implied that when booking is made, you have accepted the terms and conditions and will abide by the same.
- Person who is booking will be considered as an authorized signatory of the particular
- Family / Group and would be responsible to convey the terms & conditions and other details of MMCG to other members.
- All the above terms and conditions are applicable for One day / Residing and Summer Camp Guests.
- MMCG is a private property, management reserves the right of admission.
Cancellation Policy :-
- POLICY for Refund /Cancellation / Reduction in number of persons / shortening of period of stay
- For Summer Vacations / Diwali Vacations / Christmas vacation and year end:-If informed us one month earlier Rs.1000/- will be deducted and the balance will be refunded.
- If cancellation is done less than one month there are two options
- Only one postponement for the same number of persons X days, upto 3 months from original booking date.
- In this case Rs.1000 will be deducted and rest will be adjusted towards future bill at the rates prevailing at the time of new booking dates.
- Complete cancellation-in this case no refund will be given.
- For rest of the period :
- If informed us more than 15 days earlier, Rs. 1000 will be deducted and remaining will be refunded.
- If informed us less than 15 days earlier, there are 2 options :
- Only one postponement for the same number of persons X days, upto 3 months from original booking date.
- In this case Rs. 1000 will be deducted and rest will be adjusted towards future bill at the rates prevailing at the time of new booking dates.
- Complete cancellation-in this case no refund will be given
Pet Policy :-
- Pet – Rs 600/- (per pet)
- Pet owner is responsible for any and all damages to the premises caused by the pet, I ncluding urine, chewing, scratching or destruction of property. Pet owner will have to pay for the damages before checking out.
- Pets would be accommodated in Pet rooms / Cages.
- Always carry your pet’s vaccination certificate when staying at our Resort. Management may ask for the certificate to ensure the safety of other Visitors.
- Pet owner is responsible for the safety of his/her pet(s). Majhya Mamachagaon Management cannot be held responsible for the same.
- Kindly avoid bringing a furious dog/pet along, when on holiday.
- Pet owners should ensure that their pets are not roaming around the place freely.
- Pets should be controlled/tied with a chain/belt in the best manner, so as to maintain the safety of the other guests.
- Guests will have to accommodate their pet in the Pet room / Cage itself.
- Meals for Pets are excluded from above rates.
